If you think Fiona’s name is familiar, her media career started in radio in 1992 (GWR Group/Global Radio), and for over 30 years Fiona has helped local businesses survive and thrive in ever challenging markets.
Known to many media companies and formerly heading up Global Product Development for NRS Media (based in Atlanta USA) Fiona has brought innovation to a process familiar to hundreds of media companies worldwide which has resulted in a more flexible hands-on approach that delivers results.
Fiona’s passion for local business has taken her to markets across Europe, Africa and she has lived and worked in the USA and Australia. Post covid Fiona is now based in the UK bringing that innovation closer to home.

Sally began her career in media in 2002 with The Wireless Group where she established an internal division to manage revenue generation programmes for 20 Independent Local Radio stations within the Group.
Her analytical and finance driven approach enabled her to create and implement the process to effectively manage multiple programmes, deliver revenue targets, and streamline costs to maximise profits.
For the past decade, Sally has been an independent consultant to several businesses both inside and outside media spanning across B2B, B2C and Channel Sales to identify inefficiencies and implement measures to streamline operations and day to day management creating overall stability and increased profitability.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Sally facilitated the acquisition of one of her clients, Blackroc Distribution to Bluestar Inc, a leading global distributor in high technology systems and equipment. Sally was retained by the new owners as UK Manager and successfully established the UK division to forge a foothold in Europe.

Fiona and Sally first met in 2002 when Fiona was an Account Director at NRS Media and Sally was project managing a revenue generation programme for Signal Radio in Stoke on Trent.
They quickly established a firm friendship that has lasted for many years and when Fiona returned to the UK post Covid it made sense for both women, experienced and passionate about local media sales to join forces!
